Mini ADACS Products
Presenting our growing line of miniature ADACS products and systems. Originall developed under DARPA sponsership, our portfolio now includes products for 3 axis zero momentum, magnetic momentum bias, Earth sensors and Sun Sensors. Custom development available, please inquire.
IMI-100 ADACS
Complete standalone attituide determination and control system for microsatellites. Includes 3 axis reaction / momentum wheels, electromagnets, magnetometer, sun sensor, ADACS computer. Designed for mechanical compatibility with CubeSat kits.
IMI-200 ADACS
A larger version of the IMI-100 for minisats up to 20 kg. Achieves 10x the momentum capacity of the IMI-100 with high speed motors. Includes 3 axis reaction / momentum wheels, electromagnets, magnetometer, sun sensor, ADACS computer. Same weight and size as IMI-100.
IMI-101 Reaction / Momentum Wheel System
Wheels only version of the IMI-100. Three 1.1 mNms reaction / momentum wheels in a 3" hermetically sealed package. No ADACS computer, electromagnets or sensors.
IMI-201 Reaction / Momentum Wheel System
Wheels only version of the IMI-200. Three 11 mNms reaction / momentum wheels in a 3" hermetically sealed package. No ADACS computer, electromagnets or sensors. Same weight and size.
IMI-300 Magnetic Momentum Bias System
Pitch Bias Momentum wheel and coaxial Earth Sensor in same package. For Nadir pointing missions.
3 axis Sun Sensor
Sun sensor with serial output can be used on CubeSats and similar.
Dynamic Simulator
Facilitates real time hardware-in-the-loop simulation of miniADACS products. Runs on PC and interfaces with IMI-100 / 200 / 300. Run different mission scenarios and verify ADACS performance. A necessity for ground test and control law and software validation.
Static Earth Sensor
Earth limb sensor for day/night attitude determination. Two are required for roll and pitch sensing.
